Far from palms, exotic drinks and sunbeds, Reynisfjara in Vík, Iceland features the most beautiful black-sand beach. Windy conditions and absolutely no sunbathing. Right on the beach you'll find the mountain Reynisfjall with a majestic basalt playground, made specifically, by nature, for humans to risk their lives jumping or puffins to risk their offspring nesting. This place is like no other, but despite the cold winds, this is by far my all-time favorite beach.
