It's easier than you think to eat healthy. I made chicken breast and noodles with lemon and herbs which is extremely easy to make! Place the chicken breast in olive oil, add your herbs of choice and lemon, leave in the oven for 30' (takes less time than waiting for delivery!), then make noodles in a saucepan (takes 4') and when the chicken is gold, pour the juices in the oven tray over the noodles. Eat well to feel well!
