This is a Pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting I made for my husband’s Birthday. We celebrated at home due to quarantine! It’s a layered cake, and the middle layer is filled with. Pineapple & vanilla compote. The pineapple flower that your see is basically thinly slice fresh pineapple, pat dry & oven dried at 90 degree Celsius for few hours.
