LA With-and-Without Smog

Looking for two shots that can be (or are) stitched together so that half the shot has smog and the other half doesn't. the smog/no smog can be either right-left or preferably louvered (alternating vertical slivers).
Ultimate shot would be of LA or the Hollywood sign. Aerial shots of the basin would also work.
You can combine the two shots into a single file or I can.
Actually any shot/shots that demonstrates life with, and without, environmental regulation will be considered. The with-and-without shots don't have to match exactly.
Price is for the two-shot combo.
If you use an old shot for the smoggy one, make sure you have the rights.
