Human Resources Professional

We're looking for a shot of an attractive professional woman. Somewhere in the age range of 30 - 45 years old. Our target market is the VP of Human Resources. In our experience, the VP of HR is usually a woman (with the occasional Toby, from "The Office"). This will go on our homepage and must span the width of the entire page, so landscape orientation is a must. Just remember, we're going for attractive, not overly sexy or sultry.

The inspiration image of Coral Blazer Lady is pretty good.

Background ideas: Instead of resting casually in front of a shopping cart she could be resting casually in front of something else in the office. (We want the photo to have appeal to a broad array of industries, not just grocery).
The natural light in this photo is excellent, so try something outside the office building, but give the sense that she's at her office (not at the park, nor in the wilderness somewhere).
The textured background in the other photo is interesting too.

We don't want cliché office personnel with arms folded, looking into the camera.
