Upstream Grille - Jefferson

You will be shooting Upstream Grille in Jefferson.

Call the restaurant several days in advance of your shoot date. Coordinate with the onsite manager to get approval for the shoot in advance. Ensure you communicate that a sample entrée is prepared for 1 of the 3 hero shots. Explain that you have been commissioned by Zagat. Re-confirm your shoot date with the location the day of the shoot to avoid waiting during the prep of the entrée.

Ideally you will have all photos uploaded and edited by the deadline of this request. If you need an extension due to scheduling difficulties you must contact us directly otherwise we will reassign your request. Please thoroughly read the Zagat style guide found here https://snapwi.re/zagat

We will be purchasing a MINIMUM of 3 images for every restaurant at $25 each, of which you will get 70%:
- Interior Establishment Shot
- Exterior Establishment Shot
- Representative Entrée Shot

Please include horizontal/landscape and vertical/portrait orientation. Aim to shoot 1/100 of a second and over expose by 1 f-stop to meet our style. We may purchase more depending on quality of photos.
