Public Safety Answering Points

A PSAP or Public Safety Answering Point is the place 9-1-1 calls go. Dispatchers take the calls and send the information to the correct Public Safety agency (police, fire and medical). I need images of these dispatchers in their PSAP.

The images should convey concern and safety. These PSAPs DO NOT look like a standard call center. (See inspiration images.) All dispatchers have between 3 and 5 monitors in front of them. Having content on the monitors is fine but having blank monitors is alright as well. If I have a good shot of a dispatcher in their work environment, I can fill in content on the screens.

In general, they use headsets to talk to callers and do not pick up the actual phone.
