We need a photo of person swimming or floating in fluorescent/phosphorescent water. This photo is a 1/8 page spot image accompanying a small feature on Bahia Mosquito, a bioluminescent bay in Puerto Rico filled with micro-organisms that glow in the dark when the water is agitated. The photo must be shot at night in order to show the glowing water surrounding the swimmer.
