Business person posing

My goal is to replace a stock image I found on my website template of a business man. Goal is to find someone who could possibly be the owner of the company and who is around late 20's - 30's, Caucasian, and is posing the same way as the attached image. I personally don't want to be featured on my website, trying to make my company appear bigger and waiting for the right time.

One thing I need on a creative aspect is determining the right clothing the person should wear. The example has a suit, but I don't want to come off as too professional. I want to come off like a more modern/young ceo look, like you would expect from silicon valley for say, not the business suit style but still professional and clean.

Important thing to keep in mind, I don't want the person to look like they are from Europe or Over seas, trying to have them be as American as possible since I am promoting a "US" based business. More stock images I saw appeared to be people from overseas so I need to avoid resembling the stock type.

I need to be able to use this photo the same way the stock image is used where it appears the person is in from of a screen or is edited out so the background flows behind them.
