Busy Veterinary Office (Updated)

We need a professional image for the landing page for http://www.vetpromotion.com.

Ideally I want an image that portrays a busy and overworked office manager behind a desk of a veterinary practice. The image that we are currently using does not reflect this.

Pets and a doctor/nurse could be visible in the picture.

We will consider other images that portray the idea of a busy veterinarian office (stack of charts with a pet, person in suit holding animals, etc.).

The general idea is to show that there's always lots going on in a vet clinic. Models shouldn't be upset nor overly cheery. The inspirational images attached are not quite right but wanted to give you a starting point.

The nominated image was the closest so far but we would have liked but if it was take from behind the desk, showing a busy receptionist (perhaps on the phone, or busy with papers), and a pet or two on the ledge, that would be much closer.
