For the cover image, we need an image to set the tone and convey the underlying messages of the Diversity Calendar:

- Diversity and inclusion aren't about people singing "Kumbaya" and holding hands. It's about building awareness that there are traditions, cultures, and life experiences that are incredibly rich yet very different from your own.

- Amazing talent often arrives looking different from what you expect or are used to seeing. It's up to you to be ready to recognize and encourage that talent and to give everyone the tools they need to succeed.

- No matter what business you're in, your co-workers and customers come from everywhere.

The best images tend to convey or imply an interesting or inspirational story about the people depicted.

MODEL RELEASES ARE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.
Please DO NOT submit images for which you do not already have or cannot easily obtain model releases.
