A young, hip entrepreneur in a natural setting. He is looking at you with a smile, and is confident, approachable, but most of all he is believable. He is not in a typical "sterile" office environment that screams "stock photo." The photo is a semi-tight portrait but with enough space around to notice that he is being photographed in a place that feels 'real' (whether indoors or outdoors). The photograph will be used on a signup landing page for a project management tool. There should be space for placement of marketing copy around the photo.
