Cook Photos - Hero Image for Job Board Website

Hello! I need a Teaser/Hero Image for my Job Board Startpage, it looks exactly like:
http://workscout.in/

I will transform this Website into a special niche Job Board for Cooks.
For this purpose i need a cool, authentic Background Image.

So my first thought about the motif was a cook (or cooks) at work. (Maybe Smiling while doing his work or just looking/smiling at the camera)
If you got a cool idea for another motif i'm open for your ideas :)

The style:
It should match the existing one or those authentic images from unsplash.com - i love them.

The Size/Orientation:
As it should be used as background image on the startpage teaser - it should have a wide landscape orientation.

It's important that it's usable with a (white) Text (Headline) overlay and search forms (exactly like on this site http://workscout.in/)
