Photos should have faces of real people communicating achievement (winning the energy saving game) and collaboration, smiling/ laughing/ intent on discussion, perhaps collaborating turning off computers and projectors for a f2f meeting, perhaps an individual celebrated in succeeding at saving carbon etc. Could have abstract elements.
