We are looking for engaging and creative Halloween-inspired photos to use in an upcoming holiday marketing campaign. The images will be used on Instagram, so photos should have an authentic and beautiful “Instagram aesthetic” without being overly-filtered or edited.

We are looking for a mix of both seasonal products (carved pumpkins, pumpkin patches, Halloween candy) and holiday lifestyle content (Halloween costumes, trick or treating, Halloween parties). Half of the images should contain a human element (hands, torsos, etc).

The images will be used as a free download on our blog. The images will not be used for resale or in print and will only be licensed for web and social media. A model release must be completed for every person included in the photo. Please do not include any brand logos. Only hi-res JPG’s will be accepted.

7 years ago - @latermedia Maybe I am misunderstanding, but the license is given to you (latermedia), not other people who download them and use them for their own social media. That's where it goes wrong... They technically need to buy their own license...

7 years ago - @taylorloren thanks for your response and I am glad you are using Snapwire for your challenge! But businesses can come to Snapwire for there web and social media needs and pay the photographers for use of their photos, why would we want all of your subscribers to be able to use our image for free?
7 years ago - @doreycardinale its our first time using snapwire, but as mentioned, the licensing would still be around web + social only.

7 years ago - You state: "The images will be used as a free download [...]." Next you state: "The images [..] will only be licensed for web and social media". If there is only a license for web and social media, people should not be able to download them (for free!). Both statements contradict each other IMO.

7 years ago - So if picked we get $25.00, but everyone who reads your blog can download our images for free and use as they wish....not sure this is a good thing...
