Edamame salad (edamame, yellow corn kernels and chopped red peppers only)

The sample image (bad photo) is the actual item we want pictured, use this ratio of chopped red pepers, yellow corn kernels, and edamame. You can use a light oil to 'wet' the items, but no seasoning should be visible.

Salad should be photographed on a plain white ground, in a small, simple white bowl.
Edamame salad is the feature, fill the bowl so it doesn't look sparse.
NO utensils. Direct overhead shot needed, please include entire bowl rim (do not crop).

3/4 top view (similar to tossed salad photo) may be considered for use as well or instead of top view.

10 years ago - round preferred over square. The background color on many of the images submitted so far are way off white. And the lip of the bowl for the overhead shots too wide (need more salad, less bowl).

10 years ago - Yes, this will have a different ending. Budget has been approved and we need the image for an urgent project. I invited the photographers who had the best submissions for the killed kale project in an effort to make up for that one. Look forward to seeing your work.
