Website Background - Desk Setting

We are a digital agency so the laptops around the larger desk is relevant, we're looking to replicate that idea in close style to the inspiration image.

Please see how that inspiration image is currently being used on a development site at http://onq16.wpengine.com/. You can see it allows for text overlay to sit in the centre and that white text being clear. The specs of the inspiration image are 1800px x 800px.

Importantly, the top and bottom centred people come into play perfectly when viewing this page on a mobile device. We'd like to replicate this and ideally one of these would be using a mobile device.
