Searching for TWO shots that can work together.
Shot #1: A depiction of someone being trained, taught, or instructed to do something specific, preferably at the professional or expert level. Examples: being taught to cook by a master chef, a professional baseball player working with batting coach. Can either be literal (two people in the shot) or abstract where the idea that someone is being coached is clear.
Shot #2: Someone accomplishing that "thing" they were coached on how to do at. Or an image uniquely depicting the accomplishment--if building a canoe, this could be a beautiful image of the canoe. If boxing, this would be a picture of the individual winning the bout. American Sports Only! Visually vibrant
Location: Naturally lit spaces are preferable. For Shot #1, a grittier "practice" like environment - think the sandlot, garage, workshop, etc. For Shot #2, a more polished "big league" environment showing the the individual has really made it.
Casting: Caucasian or African American men 35+, Also willing to look at women 35+ caucasian or African American. No children. We want to convey adults collaborating towards success.
Approach: If the shot clearly features a person, the subject should never be looking at camera, rather entirely engaged with what they are doing.
Cropping: Please keep the focus of the shots to the left or right of the frame, shooting in landscape. Please shoot wide and leave plenty of space for copy to the right or left of the subject.
