World Mental Health Day is celebrated on October 10. It is a global event aiming to promote, educate, and raise awareness of mental health issues, get people talking about their mental health, and eradicate stigmas associated with mental illness.
In this Challenge, we'd like to see images of people supporting others, people taking care of their mental health, seeking professional help, doing something fun, and being with their family, friends, and loved ones. Being alone and showing mental health awareness is a plus too.
