Ideally, the car should be inspected in a street or driveway, not a mechanic shop. If the car can't be inspected elsewhere than a mechanic shop, then the shot should minimize the visibility of the background.

The mechanic should look clean, honest/trust-worthy, and focused on making sure that the vehicle being inspected is up to bar with vehicle certified-pre-owned standards.

The vehicle itself should be clean, and be a car that someone would drive in America. The car should be 2010 or newer.

Finally, the look and feel should be bright versus dark, and if shot on a street, should have a California vibe to it.
