I want a very close copy of the attached pic. Warm light/color. Smiling 30-35/year old, well dressed person in focus could be perceived as interviewee OR interviewer. Non-pale-white male. (not too model pretty) Not looking at the camera. Blur the people he is smiling at, best if it's one or two others older than him or same. Not a flirty smile. Needs to be large enough to support a wide top hero section of a website.

*update since there seems to be confusion. I do want this to be male. I just don't want it to be a male that is very light complexion. I'd love something which is practically exactly like the sample image that I provided.
