We are looking for images to market City (think Chicago) Luxury High-rise Apartments. These buildings are new, luxury (meaning they are packed with nice finishes and a bunch of amenities, but not stuffy like the Ritz Carlton), and in downtown locations.

Apartments are new buildings and feature floor to ceiling windows, contemporary kitchen cabinetry and stainless appliances, wood flooring.

Images should be shot naturally, candid and not staged.

Target is 25-45 yr old, fashionable.

Images could capture the amenities and features of the apartment communities:
-People hanging out on the rooftop pool (city setting, not resort)
