This past year I had the beautiful opportunity to visit Haiti and to serve at an organization called Mission of Hope. This group serves the local Haitian community by constructing schools in various villages for impoverished children to attend. This shot was captured by a friend as I was getting to know one of the many energetic Haitian boys in this particular village. My reason to travel is for people (like this little one) -- to love on them get to know them and to extend hope. photo
