Hi, my name is André Pimenta and I was born on December 1987. Photography is a hobby I came across earlier this year and it got quite serious, quite fast. In January I bought a compact camera, but it didn't take long for me to realize I needed a better camera if I wanted to get those really nice photos.
As I'm always on a budget and a DSLR camera and lens can be quite expensive, I felt very lucky when I found a Sony HX300 on sale, and I bought it right away.
I found out later that this camera, despite not being a DSLR, allowed me to take a wide variety of photos from portraits to landscapes with a decent quality. From then on, I just want to take more and more photos and share them with everyone who would like my hobby.
Photography has a steep learning curve and can be quite frustrating for beginners, I understand that. That's why I thank in advance to anyone who can tell me what I'm doing wrong or could do better.
Kudos!
