Creative Statement
You might see what you consider common shots in my gallery but to me they are all one of a kind. I enjoy envisioning our world in a different way and I use photography to show the things I observe in the way I feel they should be seen. I have been taking photos since high-school but never really pursued it professionally until my first child was born. Now I'm back and I thank you for taking the time out of your day to look at my artwork. I love saving the pixels of mother earth and man-made objects and scenes alike, but you will probably see more natural imagery in my gallery. Things like Nature, Landscape, Insects, Animals, Surrealism, and Lifestyle are a few of the categories I've constrained myself too, but in honesty the categories are endless. I rarely take photos of people, which I should, but generally I'm not interested in those moments unless they are the kind to be forgotten. Each and every picture I take has a meaning and reminds me what the moment feels like. When you see a photo of mine, I'd like you to ask yourself, how does this make me feel?
