I began to explore a passion for photography in high school. I obtained my BFA in 2004 from Ringling College of Art + Design in Sarasota, Florida. It was one of the most rewarding times in my life. I gained knowledge of traditional and nontraditional chemical processes, studio lighting and on-location shooting. This led to finding my niche in improvisational photography: creating highly stylized images in alternative locations. In some cases, I went so far as to build unique installations for my work or for my exhibitions. In 2004, I was honored with the Presidential Award for Polaroid lifts on clear acrylic. Today, I continue to elaborate on my creative and technical abilities as a conceptual photographer.
