Creative Statement

I grew up on the far north coast of NSW, surrounded by gorgeous beaches and beautiful hinterland. I got to hold my first SLR camera, a Pentax K1000 (very old school), and with it I took countless photos of the amazing people and natural beauty around me. Years later I made the move to Canberra ACT where I got my first DSLR camera and reignited my passion in my new surrounds. I now work as a professional events photographer, taking the time to explore moments in time, visit places that have been forgotten or abandoned and capture the unexpected.
