Jamie Kruse received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Art History. After graduation she became interested in film/video and began a video art career. For the past eight years she has been working on creating videos for touring musicians, art gallery/museum installations and editing music videos both in studio and mixing videos live. This led her to pursue a Masters of Fine Arts in Motion Pictures, Television, and Acting with an emphasis in Editing.
In college she got involved with the electronic music scene where DJs and VJs were the gods and goddess of technology and art combined. She created animation and shot video for clips to mix with live music events around the country. This parlayed into making music videos for Bitter:Sweet, a band out of Los Angeles. Museum and art gallery installations have also been on the path for Jamie, exposing her to a variety of ways to edit and exhibit films.
