Coming from a background as project manager for a local TV in Italy, I then moved to UK on 2016 when I gained experience across the hospitality sector. My primary job until the beginning of the pandemic was Restaurant General Manager, but during the third lockdown I had the chance to go back investing time and resources on my first love.
