Creative Statement
I grew up with a very artistic family from my father being a great artist having his own art shows and all of his paintings having stories behind them to my mother being very artistic with her newspaper worthy gingerbread houses to being a great cook. My brother always had an eye for drawing from a very young age and always stuck with it and is currently an amazing artist in Austin. All of my sisters have a great eye for art from calligraphy to being able to mimic cartoons exactly. I also have other family members who are great artists my uncle Bill does amazing Characters that I still have to this day the two he did for me one when I was about 3 and one again when I was about 16 and I love them both. With all of this surrounding me I always wanted art to be a huge part of my life.
I am a mother of three wonderful children and a the wife of my high school sweet heart. I love art of all kinds and am so excited to share that love with other people and learn the love that other people for all of the art in this world.
