I was born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997 and am currently 19 years old. I grew up in Scottsdale, a suburban city of the Phoenix metropolitan area. I now reside in Tempe, Arizona and am attending Arizona State University.
Nature is one of my greatest influences, and that is a main reason it is showcased so often in my images. The natural beauty of the world can be captured in so many different ways. That beauty can then be shared with mass audiences, viewed on a large scale, and disseminated around the world. That is what I aim to do with my camera.
The world is now connected in ways never seen before. We have the ability to share with others whatever we desire. Personally, I want to show my appreciation for nature in my work, while sharing with others the places that are dear to my heart. Without these places, many of my pictures would not exist, and that is a main reason why I support the preservation and conservation of nature. My goals extend far beyond creating pictures that are appealing to the eye. I want to emphasize the importance of keeping these wonderful places that have been around far longer than us just as pristine for those who come long after us. Nature has given me so much; it has allowed me to begin my journey of self expression. Being an advocate for protecting its fragile existence, I feel, is the least I can do.
