I find it important to take breaks while working on a piece so I don’t get burned out. However, if I am struggling with a particular part of a painting or drawing, I will set it aside for a few days and come back to it later. This allows me to look at the piece with fresh eyes and see what needs to be changed. If I still can’t figure it out, I ask my colleagues for help. They have helped me solve many problems in the past, and I always try to return the favor.”
