I am a city city girl turned farm girl. I have lived in or near the city for most of my life. Back in November of 2014 I moved with my husband and our two kids to the country to our beautiful farm. He and his family farm tomatos. He and I also have full time jobs in the city still, so I have the best of both worlds really. I love living out in the country, the opportunity to see nature at it's best. At the same time I still get to see and be part of the city life. Long explanation for my photography style, lol. I thoroughly enjoy taking pictures on our farm, the landscapes, nature up close that city life can make you sadly forget to look for. The country holds a whole other world to photograph, it's like a treasure hunt everytime I go out to take photos. I never know what I'll come across. With the city I enjoy all the architecture of old buildings forgotten, the hidden gems that you find walking down a street, and the landmarks that make my city the beauty that it is. I hope you enjoy my perspective photographs that show the great divide between city and country life and how each are beautiful in their own unique ways.
