Photography saved my life in 1995. I had so little hope at the time but when I picked up a camera at the age of 18, I finally had an amazing superpower: to freeze a moment and perpetuate an emotion or scene. In my case, that meant showing the viewer as much beauty as possible to combat the sadness of the world or the humor (however twisted!) to laugh our way out of it. See it in a different light. Let me show you.
