Creative Statement
I was born in canton, Ohio. Shortly after we were moved to South Carolina where I would begin my journey of life! Since I was a little girl I always had a passion for art! My mother was very artistic as well, I remember her painting murals on my wall as growing up and making every Christmas card she sent out by hand! Not to long before i was in high school and took a real art class and actually learned more about the basics of art. I fell in love! Learning how to better myself at drawing and painting! I then discovered photography... once I developed my first film I wanted to build something out of taking photos. I never pursued anything when i first got out of high school and i regret every second i wasn’t learning more or challenging myself as an artist! I want to do more in becoming an artist! After all this is what I feel myself most in!
