Sarah Carey

Creative Statement

One day in middle school, Sarah knew she wanted to be a PhD in English. So she went to Georgetown College (KY), majored in English (got a teaching certificate, too!), minored in religion and signed up to become a third-order Benedictine nun along the way. Sarah was also a teacher with the Fulbright Program in South Korea.

One day, she'll be a PhD.
